Proof of Ownership

We provide reasonable proof of ownership upon request — screenshots, receipts, or order confirmation details — so you can transact with confidence.

Account Details

You provide the relevant account email or details required for the official transfer or delivery of your event access.

Secure Payment

Payments are processed via Trustap escrow or PayPal per agreed terms. Trustap holds funds until delivery is confirmed by you.

Official Transfer

Once payment is secured, we transfer access through the appropriate official system. You must accept the transfer in your account to complete delivery.

Confirm Receipt

If Trustap is used, you confirm completion once access is received — triggering the release of funds and closing the transaction.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern all purchases and transactions made through SM Strategic Enterprises. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Seller's Role: SM Strategic Enterprises sources and facilitates access to events and experiences obtained through legitimate channels. Our responsibility ends after a valid transfer or delivery has been completed and accepted by the buyer.
  2. Buyer Obligations: The buyer must provide correct account details prior to transfer. An incorrect email or account ID is the buyer's sole responsibility. The buyer must accept the transfer within the relevant platform's system — if not accepted, the transfer remains incomplete and access stays with SM Strategic Enterprises. The buyer is responsible for ensuring access to their account and meeting any platform requirements for receiving access.
  3. Third-Party Platforms & Terms: Where transfers are made through official third-party platforms, those platforms control all rules, eligibility, transfer mechanics, and policy updates. Buyers must review and comply with the relevant platform's official terms. SM Strategic Enterprises does not create, modify, or override third-party platform rules.
  4. Event Changes & Cancellations: Event organizers or venues may change dates, times, venues, seating arrangements, or entry rules. Such changes are outside the control of SM Strategic Enterprises. Any impact from such changes is the buyer's responsibility to manage directly with the event organizer or platform.
  5. Payment (Trustap / PayPal): All payments are processed via Trustap escrow or PayPal. If Trustap is used, buyer funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed by the buyer. If the buyer does not confirm receipt, the refund process will depend on the payment platform used and its applicable rules.
  6. Disputes: Disputes must be raised through the payment platform used for the transaction (Trustap or PayPal) within that platform's applicable dispute window.
  7. No Affiliation: SM Strategic Enterprises is an independent company and is not affiliated with any event organizer, venue, governing body, or third-party platform referenced in our services.
  8. Compliance with Laws & Event Rules: All event access, ticket sales, transfers, and related services are subject to applicable laws, regulations, event organizer rules, venue rules, host-country requirements, and official ticketing platform terms. SM Strategic Enterprises does not knowingly facilitate any transaction where resale, transfer, pricing, or delivery is prohibited by applicable law or by the relevant event organizer or platform. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their purchase, receipt, use, and attendance comply with all applicable rules in their jurisdiction and the event location.

We do not sell customer data. Payments are processed through Trustap or PayPal. We do not store customer card or banking information.
